John Deere Sand filter Array

John Deere Series Filters and Arrays are replacing the Odismatic Series Filters and Arrays

An aray is a complete filtering system which when assembled is ready to use. It is recommended to put a standard array on a concrete base. The size of the base should be large enough to allow for future expansion.

All the arrays come with a controller for automatic back flushing which included a differential pressure switch with a time basis back up.

The average flow rate assumes average levels of contaminated water. if the levels are higher than average the flow rate whould be reduced. the maximum flow rate assumes totally clear water and should only be used as a guide.

Type B arrays come complete with sand filters, expoxy coated steel manifolds, victaulic couplings, differential pressure switch, flushing valves and electronic controller. They also have a backup screen filter and have been factory pre-tested.

These come complete with sand filters, a screen filter as a backup and control filter, flushing valves and electronic controller.
They come completely assembled and mounted on a steel pallet, which can be moved to different locations.
