Drainex 100 Drainage Pumps

Submerisible pumps, Vortex system for sewage water.

Aplications: Drainage of sewage and dirty water, operation in septic tanks and small purifying installations.

Materials: Discharge Body and upper mounting in cast iron Impeller in brass with free passage of particles in suspension of 34mm dia.
Double mechanical seal in ceramic/graphite and ceramic silicon carbide Motor Housing and transport handle in stainless steel AISI 304

Motor: Asynchronous, two poles, IP68 protectiion, Class F insulation. Continuous Operation. Single phase version built in thermal protection.
Drainex 100: without float switch
Drainex 100a: Supplied bulit in float switch

Limitations: Maximum solids handling: 32mm
Maximum immersion: 8mt
Maximum Liquid temperature: 40degC.

Equipment: Supplied with 10mt power cable. Single phase supplied with capacitor box.

double mechanical seal: on the pump side in silicon carbide and on the moter side in graphite/alumina oxide with an immediate oil chamber.
